Both the Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and in Primary Education in the University of Vigo come from the conversion of the former Teacher degree in the different specialisations (Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Special Education, Specialist in Foreign Languages, Physical Education and Music Education).
The RD 1393/2007 establishes that in order to graduated students in the previous academic planning to access to a Bachelor’s Degree there must be a previous admission in the university, and this must be done in accordance with the regulation of the university, which must recognise the corresponding credits from the previous degree, depending on the curriculum followed, according to the article 13 of the RD 1393/2007 (modified by the RD 861/2010 of July 2), which regulates the credit transfer and recognition.

It is not possible to get any specialisation if the Degree is obtained in this way. In the event that a specific specialisation is desired, students must attend to a total of 24 optional ECTS credits of the corresponding specialisation. It is possible to request the credit recognition in the case of having passed equivalent subjects in the accessing degree.

In the event that not all the vacancies are filled in the bridging course, it is possible to make enrolment calls every 3 days when there are waiting lists until there are no vacancies.
In addition to the supporting documentation that allows valuation of the work experience and/or the specific selection criteria indicated in each case, those who have obtained the degree at another university will present:
- Official title or certification of the payment of public prices of the title giving access issuing for its collation
- Academic certification with the obtained marks to valuing the record
